Esta antigua masía malloquina, la agencia UXUS  ha mezclado el impresionante entorno natural de la isla de Mallorca, la arquitectura del edificio perteneciente al s.XIII y un interior renovado, decorado con un sentido rústico-depurado.

Detalles como la roca natural y el cabecero pintado en el dormitorio, el conjunto de sillas desiguales en el comedor y el mobiliario de gusto ecléctico aportan personalidad a la casa.

El resultado es un ambiente sofisticado pero  a la vez cómodo y relajante, que nos ha dejado con la boca abierta.

Rehabilitation der Halle 8B im Matadero von Madrid // Rehabilitation from the hall 8B of Matadero in Madrid // Rehabilitación de la Nave 8B en Matadero de Madrid

Die Halle B8 gehörte zum alten Matadero (Schlachthof) Madrid der heute zu einem der führenden kulturellen Zentren der spanischen Hauptstadt wird. Der Architekt Arturo Franco hat die Rehabilitierung dieser Halle von 1.000 m2 durchgeführt die für das Verwaltungsmanagement des Komplexes gewidmet sein wird.

The hall B8 belonged to the ancient Matadero (slaughterhouse) Madrid that today become one of the leading cultural centers of the Spanish capital. The architect Arturo Franco has been in charge of rehabilitating this hall of 1,000 m2 which will be dedicated for the administrative management of the complex.

La nave 8B pertenecía al antiguo Matadero de Madrid hoy transformado en uno de los centros culturales de vanguardia de la capital española. El arquitecto Arturo Franco ha sido el encargado de rehabilitar esta nave de 1.000 m2 que se dedicará a la gestión administrativa del complejo.

In diesem Projekt war es das Ziel, die grosse Menge an Schutt, Dachziegel sowie der Ziegelsteine in der Rehabilitation des Matadero mit zu verwenden um Ihnen ein neues Leben einzuhauchen.

En este proyecto el objetivo fue recuperar la gran cantidad de escombros, tejas y ladrillos desechados en la rehabilitación de otros edificios del Matadero y dotarlos de nueva vida.

Ein Beispiel sind die Trennwände, aus schlecht erhaltenen Dachziegeln die vom Dach stammen. Platziert wurden diese, wie ein Gitter, dass für die Belüftung sorgt und  natürliches Licht einlässt, gleichzeitig die Räume durch Ihre Formen kreiert.
