Details wie die natürlichen Felsen mit dem lackiertem Kopfteil im Schlafzimmer, die unterschiedlichen Stühle im Speisesaal und die Einrichtung mit eklektischem Geschmack zeichnen die Persönlichkeit in diesem Haus aus.
Das Ergebniss ist anspruchsvoll und dennoch komfortabel und entspannend, das uns den Mund offen stehen lässt.

This old farmhouse sourroundings of the island of Mallorca, miscellaneous the agency UXUS the architecture of the building belonging to the XIII century and a renovated interior, decorated in a rustic-refines sense.

Details like the naturale rock and the painted headboard in the bedroom, the unequal set of chairs in the dining room and furnishings eclectic taste add personality to that home.
The result is sophisticated, comfortable and relaxing, wich has left us with an open mouth.

Esta antigua masía malloquina, la agencia UXUS  ha mezclado el impresionante entorno natural de la isla de Mallorca, la arquitectura del edificio perteneciente al s.XIII y un interior renovado, decorado con un sentido rústico-depurado.

Detalles como la roca natural y el cabecero pintado en el dormitorio, el conjunto de sillas desiguales en el comedor y el mobiliario de gusto ecléctico aportan personalidad a la casa.

El resultado es un ambiente sofisticado pero  a la vez cómodo y relajante, que nos ha dejado con la boca abierta.

Vor ein paar Tagen hat Sie uns mit dem Bergdorf Goodman Schaufenster atemlos gelassen und heute lässt Sie uns wieder wortlos mit Ihrem Haus und Atelier in Brooklyn.

Sie gilt als das beste Schaufenster Designerin von New York, lebt und arbeitet in einer ehemaligen Fabrik, eingerichtet im Stil des "Dirty Chic".

Was würden wir nicht für diese Fenster und die Aussicht geben!

A few days ago she left us amazed with the Bergdorf Goodman Showcase, today again she let us open-mouthed with her home and studio in Brooklyn.

She is at the moment the best Jet Designer of New York, lives and works in a home - studio decorated in the style of "dirty chic".

Hace sólo unos días  nos dejó alucinados con su escaparate para Bergdorf Goodman y hoy vuelve a dejarnos con la boca abierta en su casa-taller de Brooklyn.

La que es considerada la mejor escaparatista de Nueva York vive y trabaja en una antigua fábrica decorada al más puro estilo "dirty chic".

¡Lo que daríamos nosotros por ese ventanal y esas vistas!

Deshalb übernahm der Rock-Star Brian Ferry persönlich die Dekoration seiner Wohnung in Chelsea.

Der Kunstliebhaber, sammelte im Laufe seines Lebens, Kunst, antike Textilien, Teppiche, Keramik und skurrile Objekte aus der ganzen Welt. Ausserdem zählt eine sehr bedeutende Sammlung von britischer Kunst des 20. Jahrhunderts , darunter Werke von Vanessa Bell, Duncan Grant und John Augustus sein eigen.

Er liebt es, Stile zu mischen und neue Stücke die er auf seinen Reisen mitbringt zu kombinieren: Auf dem antiken französischen Sofa (mit seiner originalen Polsterung, bedeckt mit einer antiken textilen Decke) sehen wir ein Kissen Union Jack zwischen anderen seidenen Kissen und über ihm hängt eine Karikatur von Aubussons. Oder auch einen italienischen Tisch des achtzehnten Jahrhunderts, daneben der mit Farbe verspritzte Stuhl vom Künstler Rolf Sachs, dem er Ferry zu seinem Geburtstag schenkte.

This art lover, are gathered his collection throughout his life. Includes art, antique textiles, carpets, ceramics and quirky objects from around the world. It has a very important collection of 20th century British art, including works by Vanessa Bell, Duncan Grant and John Augustus.

He likes to mix styles, combining new pieces that he acquired in his travels with what they already had: on the sofa Old French (with its original upholstery and covered with an antique textile) sits a Union Jack cushion nestled between pillows made of shot silk. Above it is an Aubusson cartoon. Or the 18th-century Italian table, next to the chair splashed paint by the artist Rolf Sachs, who gave it to Ferry for his birthday.

Y es que, la estrella del Rock Brian Ferry, se ha encargado personalmente de la decoración de su apartamento en Chelsea.

Amante del arte, su colección, reunida a lo largo de toda su vida, incluye arte, textiles antiguos, alfombras, cerámica y objetos extravagantes de todo el mundo. Además de una muy importante colección de arte británico del siglo 20, que incluye obras de Vanessa Bell, Duncan Grant y Juan Augusto.

Le gusta mezclar estilos, combinar las nuevas piezas adquiridas en sus viajes con lo que ya tenía: Sobre el sofá antiguo francés (con su tapizado original y cubierto con un textil antiguo) vemos un cojín Union Jack situado entre almohadas de seda y por encima de él una caricatura de Aubusson. O la mesa italiana del siglo XVIII, junto a la silla salpicada de pintura por el artista Rolf Sachs, regalo a Ferry en su cumpleaños.
